The series brings Anhui's natural beauty and rural life to the screen. Rooted in the cultural heritage of the Jianghuai region, it follows young grassroots officials in the new era as they dedicate themselves to rural development. The storyline seamlessly weaves in Nanling's Mulian Opera, the agricultural heritage associated with peony cultivation on terraced fields, the Heheyuan homestay cluster, and achievements in building beautiful villages, showcasing Jiangnan's scenic landscapes, local traditions and distinctive agricultural products to audiences across China.

Beyond watching the series, audiences are invited to experience Nanling firsthand. In collaboration with local cultural and tourism authorities, the project will launch a themed travel route, "Explore Nanling with I Love My Village." It will also work with the Mulian Opera inheritance center and peony industry cooperatives to organize live performances and immersive cultural tourism activities. These initiatives aim to turn the series' online popularity into real-world tourism spending, using the drama to showcase the destination and boost local development. By driving business for homestays, attracting visitors to scenic areas and promoting sales of local agricultural products such as peonies, the project seeks to explore a new approach to rural revitalization through locally developed cultural IP and county-level tourism.
