The 2022 "Touching Chengyang" Moral Model Award Ceremony Kicks off

On the evening of February 11, the 2022 "Touching Chengyang" Moral Model Award Ceremony was held in the studio hall of Chengyang Media Convergence Center in Qingdao. Ten people including Pan Chunlei, Han Gangde and Liu Meiqin and medical workers of Chengyang District People's Hospital won the honorary title of 2022 "Touching Chengyang" moral models, and 20 people including Yu Fuhang, Wu Jianyu and Gao Qianqian were nominated as 2022 "Touching Chengyang" moral models.

Organized by the Publicity Department of CPC Chengyang District Committee and the Civilization Office of Chengyang District, the 2022 "Touching Chengyang" moral model selection was launched in November 2022. It successively went through the stages of organizational recommendation, preliminary evaluation, online voting, review meeting and opinion soliciting, attracting extensive attention and heated discussion of numerous citizens from all walks of life. Nearly 200,000 people participated in online interaction and voting.

Among the winners of the "Touching Chengyang" moral model awards were loving models of filial piety who took good care of their families with diligence and virtue, courageous models who saved and helped others at the critical moment, warm-hearted models who carried others and touched all the passengers, helpful models who provided residents with considerate services, and dedicated, selfless and fearless models who did a good job in ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of citizens.
