Chengyang District's 2023 Citizens' Happy Gathering Is Coming on June 17

On the evening of June 17, Chengyang District's 2023 Citizens' Happy Gathering themed "Vibrant Chengyang · Happy Home" will kick off in the People's Square of Qingdao City, with more than 80 activities in six major sections bringing a cultural feast to the residents.

A themed performance will be held on the opening night of the 2023 Citizens' Happy Gathering. Most of the programs are inspired by Chengyang's classic literary works, Chengyang's stories, major projects, etc., which are transformed into stage art through refining and polishing. After the opening ceremony, special performances for different civic groups will be staged for three consecutive days, including Chengyang District's mass cultural exhibition "Forging Ahead in the New Era· Creating a New Chapter of Brilliance Together," the theatrical performance "Workers' Song · Common Home," and Chengyang District's talent competition "Our Stage —— All the Way to the Mid-Autumn Festival Gala and Spring Festival Gala." 

This year's civic festival will feature creative form and content, and six sections of "public cultural performance," "creative cultural transformation and innovative cultural development," "cultural and entertainment consumption," "dynamic sports," "exhibition and display," and "national reading campaign." It will highlight a series of content, such as "participation, sharing, inheritance, innovation, fashion, happy shopping, vitality, health, communication, exhibition, learning, and improvement."
