Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base Fosters High-quality Development with Better Business Environment

Xi'an National Civil Aviation Aerospace Industrial Base has set its sights on realizing a strong start for China's modern aerospace industry in 2023. To this end, the aerospace industrial base has taken a market-oriented approach that places great emphasis on meeting the needs of business entities. As part of this effort, clear guidelines have been established regarding power, responsibility, and negative lists. A total of 46 specific tasks have also been identified, which will be executed across four main areas (facilitating business affairs, providing a better business environment, laying a solid foundation for a good business environment, and offering more efficient support). These measures are designed to achieve a good start for Chinese modern aerospace practices and strongly support the establishment of a world-class aerospace new city.

Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base focuses on providing more convenience for handling business affairs. It provides greater convenience for the regional business environment and offers convenient services by enhancing market access and exit efficiency, facilitating access to business premises and public services, and streamlining tax and payment services for all sectors. 

Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base will focus on establishing a good business environment. It will provide efficient policy interpretation and guidance and targeted and practical services. An open atmosphere that showcases strong driving forces will also be fostered, while measures will be taken to optimize the development of the business ecosystem. These measures include the efficient supply of land, access to high-quality human resources, convenient financial services, the rapid transformation of scientific and technological innovation resources, comprehensive urban quality improvement, and direct and timely access to preferential policies.

Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base will focus on offering more convenient support. This will include the establishment and business environment, conducting regular surveys to assess satisfaction, and organizing on-site visits and experiences to enhance the capacity of relevant cadres in enhancing the business environment improvement and strengthening the efficiency of supervising the business environment. Additionally, it will assist enterprises and individuals in identifying issues that require rectification and finding timely solutions, carrying out research and promoting key tasks, and taking practical measures to address major challenges and difficulties faced by businesses and the general public.
