10 foreign experts from the China Media Group (CMG) visited the Qingshuichuan Coal Electricity Integration Power Plant in Fugu on October 18 to learn more about operations there, coal power technology, and environmental protection measures and through firsthand experience shine a light on China's technological achievements in coal power and low-carbon development for the benefit of a global audience.

The foreign experts visited the production command center of Qingshuichuan expansion project phase III, which is providing energy support to the Northern Shaanxi-Hubei ±800 kV EHV DC transmission project, and were captivated by the flow of production data, displayed in real time on the screens before them. The important data is part of the plant’s strong safety net and an essential component of environmentally friendly, economical, and efficient unit operation.

"This plant is a perfect example of the remarkable scientific and technological advances China has achieved in the coal power sector in recent years," a Turkish expert from CMG said, adding that "it goes beyond the electricity industry: every sector in China is focused on sustainable development, green energy, and green technology."
The Qingshuichuan Coal Electricity Integration Power Plant in Fugu, Yulin
The additional energy created by expansion project phase III is expected to bring Shaanxi Qingshuichuan Energy’s total installed capacity to 4.6 million kilowatts, with 23 billion kilowatt-hours of clean electrical energy converted from local coal annually.
