Beijing Study Tourism Promotional Event was held during ETC's annual conference

On Jan 28 local time, Beijing Bureau of Culture and Tourism promoted Beijing's study tourism resources on Educational Travel Consortium's (ETC) annual conference.

Cao Pengcheng, Deputy Director of Beijing Bureau of Culture and Tourism, gave a speech during the opening ceremony of ETC's annual conference. He said that during China's 40 years of Reform and Opening-up, Beijing has witnessed great changes. Ancient architecture and traditional street blocks have been transformed into fashion art zones and advanced science parks. Cao's speech raised participants' expectation to Beijing's study tourism resources.

Mara DelliPriscoli, Founder of ETC, participated in all the activities of Beijing during the conference. She said that the participation of Beijing had made the conference more brilliant. On the conference, participants actively communicated with representatives from Beijing and expressed their willingness to cooperate with Beijing.

During the conference, Beijing representative group has organized or participated in eight activities such as opening ceremony, evening banquet, opening ceremony of business meeting, meeting with executive board of ETC, and meeting with Alabama Secretary of State, in order to promote Beijing's tourism resources to the world.

On Jan 29 local time, Beijing representative group conducted communication with Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill and the executive board of ETC respectively in the field of inbound study tourism and award tourism.
