Since 2019, Chengdu has taken the lead in planning to build an international consumption center city in China, and comprehensively promoted the creation of consumption scenarios, ecological construction, policy innovation, capacity building, industrial upgrading, product supply, consumption carrying capacity, and radiation leadership.
