To solidly advance the standardization of food safety in school canteens and comprehensively improve their food safety management, the Administration for Market Regulation of Shijiazhuang Yuhua District has recently carried out in-depth renovation and upgrading of campus canteens.

In line with the requirements for food safety supervision over campuses, the staff of the Administration for Market Regulation of Shijiazhuang Yuhua District have shifted their approach from "post-event supervision" to "proactive service". In accordance with the Operation Rules on Food Safety in Catering Service, they have provided all-round guidance on the layout and procedures of food processing sites. With extensive research and feasibility studies, they also led the upgrading of hardware equipment in the canteen of Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical College, and encouraged the college to adopt advanced methods such as "management based on smart cabinet of food samples" to enhance food safety management.
In the next step, the Administration for Market Regulation of Shijiazhuang Yuhua District will promote the advanced practices of using smart cabinets of food samples and boost the overall transformation and improvement of campus canteens in the district by continuously offering instructions and services, so as to ensure food safety on campus.
