A Wonderful Day in China’s Capital City

2021 Silk Road Rediscovery Tour of Beijing: A Centurial Journey of Progress, hosted by the Information Office of Beijing Municipality and organized by the CRI Online of China Media Group, was held from June 6 to 11. During the activity, Lee Barrett and his son Oliver went to Beihai Park, enjoyed boat ride on the lake, had imperial cuisine, and visited the royal garden that has the longest history, best preservation, and profound cultural. They also visited Wangfujing Heping Guoju, an Internet-famous site and experienced Beijing's unique culture and city image that integrates traditional and modern elements, as well as the happiness of local people.
