The series “A Glimpse of China: What Does the Chinese Modernization Mean to the World” features the global resonance to Chinese modernization and presents interviews with experts and scholars from across the world, providing an external perspective on the scientific connotation and specific characteristics of the Chinese modernization. In recent months, there has been frequent visits of top leaders from both sides to promote steady and sound development of China-EU relations. Not long ago, President Xi Jinping's visit to Europe sent a strong message of peace, unity, and cooperation. In this episode, we interviewed Jens Eskelund, president of European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. Eskelund believes that EU-China cooperation is mutually beneficial and has created enormous value for each other, with huge potential for future collaboration. He praised "Made in China" products for their outstanding quality, particularly in the field of green energy, noting that "China has become a global leader in green technology." Eskelund hopes that China will continue to help promote green development around the world while achieving its own carbon neutrality goals.
