On September 3, Zhang Haokai and Zhang Liuchao, staff members of Weishang Power Supply Station of State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company, visited Xuchang Cigarette Factory of China Tobacco Industry Group Co., Ltd. to promote hot issues such as electricity pricing policies and payment methods that customers are concerned about, solicit customer opinions and suggestions, and solve customers' electricity problems.

In order to prevent the disconnection between power supply services and customer demands, State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has organized marketing personnel to comprehensively carry out activities such as entering enterprises, merchants, communities, campuses, families and farmers. They actively understand customer demands, conscientiously help customers solve problems and do practical things, comprehensively connect the last mile of power supply services, and build a bridge connecting power supply services.

State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company uses the Service Connection Card as a link, requiring the responsible persons of each station to actively carry out activities, establish active service interaction groups, actively inquire about customer service demands, and comprehensively grasp the service issues that customers are closely concerned about.

To ensure the implementation of the activities, State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company has established a supervision team consisting of personnel from the supervision and office departments.
