The State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company Ensures Reliable Power for Enterprises’ Innovation and Development

　　Recently, at the Green Casting Demonstration Park in Fanggang Town, Yuzhou City, Xuchang, Henan Province, customer managers from State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company visited the construction site of the 30,000-ton-per-year UHV porcelain insulator flange project. During the visit, they gathered information on the project’s electricity requirements actively to ensure a reliable power supply for its development.

　　In recent years, Xuchang City has guided enterprises to develop in the direction of “specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative”, fostering the growth of new industries, business models, and sources of momentum. The State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company actively engages with enterprises to understand their electricity needs, providing precise, convenient, and efficient power supply services to ensure smooth production and uninterrupted electricity usage.

　　The Company organizes enterprise customer profiles, tracks the development plans and electricity needs of businesses, analyzes the current electricity consumption status and future trends, and enhances the quality of public power equipment upgrades and high/low-voltage line improvements to strengthen the grid’s power supply capacity and reliability.

　　It also tailors its power dispatching strategies based on each enterprise’s production capacity, providing precise support and prompt solutions to any issues. The Company has established a regular visitation system to gain an understanding of businesses’ production, operations, and safe electricity usage, collecting feedback and suggestions on electricity needs and ensuring timely resolution of customer-reported issues.

　　Since the beginning of 2024, the power supply staffs of State Grid Xuchang Power Supply Company at the city and county levels have conducted a total of 2,250 on-site services and addressed 26 customer electricity-related issues, which has ensured the electricity needs of enterprise development and also contributed to the rapid economic and social growth.
