On July 9, at Tongyuxing Maji Food Co., Ltd. in Daxinzhuang Village, Xuliang Town, Bo'ai County, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, the aroma of Maji Roast Chicken filled the air. In the production workshop, electric cookers, ovens, fryers, and other electric equipment were running efficiently.

"Maji Roast Chicken is a well-known local specialty of Bo'ai County, and sales have never been a problem. A stable power supply is key to our smooth operation!" said Huang Jianshe, the workshop manager, cheerfully to staff from the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company.

Currently, during the peak summer electricity demand season, the State Grid Jiaozuo Power Supply Company has arranged staff to keep in close contact with Tongyuxing Maji Food Co., Ltd. through online communication and in-person visits. They provide 24-hour on-call support, promptly responding to electricity usage requests and addressing unexpected power failures during production. They also conduct regular inspections of power lines and electrical equipment to eliminate potential hazards and ensure a reliable power supply.

In recent years, Jiaozuo City has been tapping into its traditional culinary culture to revitalize rural development, with specialties such as Maji Roast Chicken, Bo'ai Assorted Stew, and Cart-Style Braised Beef gaining popularity.
