On July 16, the 2025 Inner Mongolia “Gathering Positive Energy in Northern Xinjiang” Cyberspace Civilization Season and the Public Digital Literacy and Skills Enhancement Month Exhibition officially kicked off in Hohhot.

With the theme of “Gathering Positive Energy in Northern Xinjiang,” the event aims to promote the concept of cyberspace civilization, improve public digital literacy and skills, and showcase the vivid practices and achievements of Inner Mongolia’s cyberspace civilization efforts. It also seeks to foster a new trend of civilized website management, civilized internet use, and positive online behavior. The event is structured around three major sections: “Digital Intelligence · Northern Xinjiang,” “Vitality · Northern Xinjiang,” and “Civilization · Northern Xinjiang.” Through scenario-based storytelling, case sharing, results release, and interactive experiences, the event offers a comprehensive audio-visual experience featuring “technology + civilization + innovation,” presenting a vivid picture of a jointly built cyberspace civilization in Northern Xinjiang.
At the event, the “2024 Outstanding Cases of Network Civilization Construction in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,” the “2024 Outstanding Cases of Online Philanthropy in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,” and the “2025 IPv6/IPv6+ Technological Innovation and Application Cases and Typical Cases in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region” were announced. In addition, the 2025 “Gathering Positive Energy in Northern Xinjiang” Cyberspace Civilization Season series of activities was officially launched. Officials from relevant departments and representatives of award-winning organizations shared practical cases and insights, focusing on topics such as fostering a new ethos of online civilization and rallying collective efforts for co-construction and shared development.
