The State Grid Jiyuan Power Supply Company Ensures Reliable Power Supply for Business Resumption with High-Quality Services

On February 8, the State Grid Jiyuan Power Supply Company organized personnel to visit some enterprises in the Huling High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Jiyuan City, Henan Province. They aimed to learn about the electricity demand after the Spring Festival, inspect the power facilities, and solve electricity matters on-site supporting the high-quality economic development of the park.

After the Spring Festival, enterprises are at the peak of resuming work and production. The State Grid Jiyuan Power Supply Company closely aligns with the actual electricity needs of enterprises during this period. They established a service record based on customer information and formed a service team composed of marketing, operations and maintenance, and distribution personnel. The team was then divided into service groups in different areas. They actively engaged with customers to gather information on their work resumption as well as their production and operational needs.

Each service team proactively visited enterprises to understand their electricity requirements. They worked alongside customers to inspect power facilities, addressing any hidden risks immediately and formulating plans for resolution. In addition, they guided customers to solve problems in a timely manner and helped enterprises test and adjust internal power supply equipment. For some enterprises that had idle equipment during the festival, power transmission tests were conducted to ensure an uninterrupted power supply for enterprises resuming operations.

In response to the increased electricity demand from enterprises due to high-load production or expanded production capacity after the festival, the State Grid Jiyuan Power Supply Company provided timely safety advice on electricity use, and opened a green channel for electricity applications.

Additionally, the State Grid Jiyuan Power Supply Company also used telephone communication and other measures to learn about the electricity needs of enterprises in real time, providing them with high-quality electrical energy for their production and operation.
