The 60-megawatt Paisheng Wind Farm, developed by CNNC Huineng, recently completed its grid connection and commenced generating power in the Sanmenxia region of Henan Province. Throughout the commissioning of this new energy project, State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company provided comprehensive support and services. By coordinating efforts across departments and managing the process meticulously, the company ensured a smooth integration. This success significantly contributes to the region’s growing clean energy capacity and promotes the power grid’s transition to green and low-carbon energy.
To support the project, State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company mobilized various specialized teams and implemented targeted, systematic measures to ensure efficient execution.
During the planning phase, a multidisciplinary team was organized to address technical and logistical challenges. Through simulations and other analyses, they developed an optimal grid connection plan while also optimizing regional grid operations to facilitate steady project advancement.
In the grid connection and power transmission phase, the company held a dedicated workshop involving relevant departments and the wind farm’s technical staff. Key technical issues were discussed in detail. By integrating meteorological data with grid load characteristics, they determined the optimal timeframe for connection. This provided a strong foundation for efficient commissioning. The company also conducted thorough equipment inspections, testing, and acceptance procedures such as re-inspections, ensuring successful grid connection and power transmission for the Paisheng Wind Farm.
Looking ahead, State Grid Sanmenxia Power Supply Company will continue to improve its service system, shorten average grid connection times for new energy projects, and provide robust power grid support for renewable energy development in the Sanmenxia region.
