Recently, the Baoqing Night Market in Zizao Community, Beita District, Shaoyang City, Hunan Province, made its much-anticipated debut after an upgrade. With 93 stalls officially opening, the market launched a variety of interactive activities such as the Beer King Competition, Anti-Scam Challenge, and Foodie Mystery Box Challenge, attracting thousands of residents. The site was bustling with crowds, where music, laughter, and the clinking of glasses intertwined to light up a new scene in Beita's nighttime economy.

In the Foodie Mystery Box Challenge, participants drew random dishes to taste and could win exquisite gifts by correctly identifying three ingredients. The hashtag "Baoqing Night Market Has the Best Food" quickly gained popularity, with short videos surpassing 10,000 views. On site, visitors who filmed food videos and shared them with the hashtag to gather likes were rewarded with vouchers.
Amidst the glow of neon lights, the smoke of sizzling barbecue grills and the crisp clinking of beer glasses created a lively scene, as Beita's nighttime stories became ever more vibrant with laughter and cheer. Looking ahead, Beita District will continue to roll out more signature activities to build the Baoqing Night Market into a signature brand of the local nightlife economy.
