Since the beginning of this year, the Alxa League Transportation Bureau has continued to deepen reforms to facilitate international road transport. It has rolled out measures such as advance declarations, 24-hour appointment services, and one-stop services. It has also set up additional public service counters to provide cross-border transport vehicles with full-chain services, including policy consultation, operational guidance, and emergency rescue. These measures have effectively reduced vehicle waiting times and boosted average inspection efficiency by more than 60%. In the first quarter, the bureau verified and endorsed 3,450 international road transport permits and issued 132 permits, with all core indicators recording substantial growth.

While improving service efficiency, the Alxa League Transportation Bureau has carried out routine law enforcement inspections of international road transport enterprises and vehicles. Personnel were deployed 196 times to strictly examine enterprise archives, vehicle operation qualifications, entry-exit documents, and drivers' professional qualifications, covering 136 transport enterprises and over 3,000 vehicles. In addition, the bureau has implemented a "one comprehensive inspection" model, integrating inspection items to avoid duplicate inspections and reduce disruptions to the normal operations of enterprises.
