With 75 years of experience in automotive shock absorber manufacturing, Henan Xi Jian Auto Shock Absorber Co., Ltd. has launched a new intelligent assembly production line equipped with precision machinery and integrated digital control systems. Power outages or voltage fluctuations during micron-level assembly and online inspection processes could directly damage precision components. This summer, amid high temperatures and full-load commissioning of the production line, cooling systems, industrial control systems and smart equipment are operating simultaneously, resulting in a significant increase in the company’s electricity load.

To address the company’s power supply needs, State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company has introduced a “business manager + operation and maintenance manager” dual-manager service model. A dedicated service team provides proactive support, regularly conducting infrared temperature monitoring and comprehensive safety inspections of the plant’s 10 kV power supply lines, distribution transformers and workshop distribution cabinets. The team focuses on checking dedicated power supply circuits for the intelligent production line to eliminate potential safety risks such as overloaded equipment and overheated connectors. Based on the company’s production schedule, customized peak-shifting electricity-use plans and load optimization solutions have been developed to reduce electricity costs.

Meanwhile, State Grid Nanyang Power Supply Company has streamlined procedures for power capacity expansion and electricity connection during equipment commissioning. A 24-hour government-enterprise power guarantee liaison mechanism has been established, with personnel from the Xichuan East District Power Service Center assigned for dedicated standby support to promptly handle various power-related emergencies.
