Tianjin Airlines Successfully Holds Promotion Conference for Singapore–Guiyang Route

On the afternoon of October 21, Tianjin Airlines successfully held a promotion conference for the Singapore–Guiyang route at Amara Singapore. The event marked the first anniversary of the safe operation of this route and further promoted in-depth cooperation between China's Guizhou Province and Singapore in tourism, culture, economy, and trade. Over seventy guests attended, including leaders from the Chinese Tourism Office in Singapore, Changi Airport Group, the National Association of Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS), the Tianjin Association in Singapore, and the Guizhou Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, along with representatives from the aviation industry, tourism business leaders, and mainstream media.

The Guiyang–Singapore route commenced operations on November 15, 2024, operated by an Airbus A320 aircraft. Under the new winter schedule effective October 26, flights from Singapore operate four times a week—on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, departing at 05:10 and arriving in Guiyang at 09:15. Flights originating in China will operate four times a week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, departing Guiyang at 23:40 and arriving in Singapore at 04:00 the following day. As the only direct flight from Guizhou Province to Singapore, this route can save travelers nearly 10 hours compared to previous transit options, significantly enhancing travel comfort and convenience. So far, the Singapore–Guiyang route has completed over 384 flights, safely transporting nearly 50,000 passengers, with overall operations running smoothly and in an orderly manner. Notably, since this summer's travel season, the route has seen significant growth in passenger volume, with a seat occupancy rate exceeding 75% during the summer and over 80% during the National Day holiday, becoming an important air corridor connecting Southwest China and Southeast Asia.
