Overseas Influencers Experience Full Cross-Border Patient Journey at Chang'an Hospital

On the afternoon of August 27, the "Chang'an Impressions: Expression — International Communication Event @Xi'an for Overseas Influencers" was held at Chang'an Hospital. Social media influencers from 11 countries, including the United Kingdom, Russia, Egypt, Tunisia, Guatemala, Algeria, Indonesia, Ecuador, Zambia, Turkmenistan, and Pakistan, immersed themselves in the full cross-border patient journey for international patients, covering registration, consultation, examination, and payment settlement.

At the Imaging Center and Tumor Radiotherapy Center, the influencers observed advanced equipment such as the Gyro Knife, TomoTherapy, Elekta linear accelerator, and PET/CT, learning about precision oncology diagnosis and treatment as well as the multidisciplinary team (MDT) approach. The Health Examination Center's one-stop intelligent process and personalized health management left a deep impression on them. At the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), therapies such as acupuncture, tuina, and herbal pastes gave the influencers an up-close experience of the appeal of TCM culture. Moreover, the International Department's seamless, end-to-end services—from patient accompaniment and multidisciplinary consultations to personalized nursing care and rehabilitation follow-up—gave the influencers a genuine sense of the hospital's warm, attentive care for international patients.
