On August 24, a customer manager at State Grid Wuxi Power Supply Company used an AI-powered intelligent solution generation module to complete the power supply plan for Jiangyin Dongli New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. in just one minute—reducing a process that used to take several days to just minutes.

The power supply plan serves as the "roadmap" for connecting a user to the grid, specifying key details such as electricity capacity, grid access points, and metering and billing methods. It is the most critical step in the application process. In the past, after a company submitted a new high-voltage connection request, drafting the plan typically took between 3 and 20 working days. Staff had to coordinate with multiple departments—including marketing, distribution, and design—to conduct on-site surveys, verify available grid capacity, determine access points, and hold review meetings. The process involved extensive manual communication and data cross-checking, making it very time-consuming.

Now, the AI system integrates data from multiple business departments to create a "panoramic grid map" that clearly displays available lines and connection points. At the same time, the system has been trained on more than 80 core service rules, enabling it to automatically analyze the customer's electricity usage and precisely match surveying, metering, and billing plans. Customer managers are freed from the tedious work of plan drafting and can instead focus on review and compliance checks. The system also records the entire reasoning process in detail, making it easy to trace back and adjust plans later.
