2020中國瀋陽海智創新創業大賽海（境）外專場決賽于24日正式開始。決賽旨在聚集和整合各種創新創業資源，引導社會各界力量支持創新創業，搭建服務創新創業的平臺，尋訪挖掘海外優秀人才項目落地瀋陽，打造高層次創新創業人才集群。

The overseas finals of the 2020 Shenyang Haizhi Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition began on 24th September. The final competition aim to gather and integrate various innovation and entrepreneurship resources, guide all sectors of society to support innovation and entrepreneurship, build a service platform for innovation and entrepreneurship, attract overseas outstanding talents  staying in Shenyang, and build a high-level innovation and entrepreneurship talent cluster.
