According to U.S. media reports, the findings of IRS tax audit data in the 2022 fiscal year say the group of lowest-income taxpayers is five times as likely to be audited by the IRS as highest-income taxpayers.The analysis said that problems accumulated for years have made the IRS target the lowest-earning Americans so frequently.
