U.S. media reported that, U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen will begin to visit Senegal, Zambia and South Africa this week. Bloomberg reported that the trip is central to President Joe Biden’s strategy to rejuvenate ties on the continent and counter China’s influence across the developing world.
