A few days ago, South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol was visiting the U.S. with South Korea and the United States jointly issuing the Washington Declaration. Yoon views the Washington Declaration as the biggest achievement of his visit to the U.S, describing it as an "unprecedented security commitment". Yoon has probably forgotten that the U.S. has a "glorious" record of failing its allies multiple times.
