Recently, U.S. President Joe Biden has signed Fiscal Responsibility Act into law to temporarily avoid a default on government debt. Since the end of World War II, the U.S. Congress has raised its debt ceiling 103 times. U.S. media reported that the country has not fundamentally solved the problem of "debt out of control".
