Recently, the European Commission website published a second progress report on the implementation of the EU Toolbox on 5G cybersecurity. The report alleged that China's telecoms companies Huawei and ZTE are "high-risk " suppliers. The services offered by the two companies will be restricted or banned. The Chinese Foreign Ministry said that this is a typical presumption of guilt.
