For some time, the United States and some Western countries have "weaponized" international trade and the U.S. dollar. The move has threatened the world’s economy and global financial stability, which has been condemned by the international community. Recently, Aleksei Mozhin, Executive Director for Russia at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has said that the use of international trade and the U.S. dollar as a weapon by the West makes the fragmentation of the world’s economy inevitable.
