Recently, the German government published its first "China Strategy". Using "de-risking" and "reducing dependence" as a pretext for engaging in competition and protectionism, German has politicized normal cooperation with a security concept and generated man-made risks. This kind of practice of splitting the world apart in the name of "de-risking" is the real risk, bringing huge risks to the deeply integrated global economy.
