According to CNN and other U.S media outlets, two "flash mob" robberies took place in a shopping mall and a luxury store respectively, which were ransacked by dozens of masked suspects within three days in Los Angeles County, in the western U.S. state of California. Actually, in addition to California, identical incidents have recently occurred one after another in multiple U.S. states, such as Washington, New York, Ohio, etc., causing panic among retailers and the public.
