Recently, the U.S. Department of Defence has released an annual report titled " Military and Security Developments Involving the People's Republic of China". Since 2000, the Pentagon has issued such reports every year, focusing on making groundless accusations against China's military development, including its nuclear capacity building. The statistics should have been accurate, however, they have been fabricated entirely based on the needs of the Pentagon.
