Recently,William Burns, the director of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in an op-ed titled "Spycraft and Statecraft" published by Foreign Affairs hyped up the "China threat", saying the CIA has committed substantially more resources toward China-related intelligence collection, analysis and operations. The CIA has the brass to speak publicly about its spy operations in China without a least sense of shame, which is a typical US act of being unscrupulous and confusing right and wrong.
