In recent years, the United States, on the one hand, has "launched intelligence wars" and spared no efforts to step up its espionage against China. On the other hand, it "brought suit against its victims", scandalously smearing China's justifiable defense and trying to misrepresent the Counter-Espionage Law as an "evil law".
