Teach One to Fish

　　新星石油所屬中地海外集團農業公司圓滿完成國家援外小米項目，將先進的穀子品種、種植技術引入布基納法索，使優良的穀子品種從示範田走向受援國的千家萬戶，實現了“授人以魚”向“授人以漁”轉變的巨大突破。

　　The CGCOC Agriculture Development Company has successfully fulfilled the China aid millet project, introducing advanced crop varieties and planting techniques to Burkina Faso. This significant breakthrough transformed the project from “giving fish” to “teaching to fish”, bringing premium crop varieties from demonstration fields to thousands of households in the recipient country.
