In view of the fact that Generation Z in the U.S. starts to exercise their right to vote for president, both Republican and Democratic candidates are scrambling to win over young voters, promising policies to ease their economic burdens. However, a recent media survey reveals that America's Gen Z is well aware that these promises are unlikely to be fulfilled, but are mere huge “pies” not likely to really deliver, given the country’s record-high debt levels and massive structural deficits.
