On July 29, the opening ceremony of Shandong Week of China Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, and the "2025 Dialogue with Shandong, Japan-Shandong Industrial Cooperation Exchange" was held in Osaka, Japan. The event focused on industrial linkages and cooperation in sectors such as medical care and health, energy conservation and environmental protection, and high-end manufacturing. It has attracted over 600 attendees, including representatives from local government departments, economic and trade organizations, and businesses.

The "One City One Industry" presenting event was also held on site. Government officials from cities of Qingdao, Weifang, Jining, Weihai, Rizhao, Linyi, Binzhou and Heze promoted their key industries for foreign cooperation.
The Shandong Week also features more than 20 events, including exhibitions, city promotion days, business matchmaking sessions, cultural performances and intangible cultural heritage showcases,, and cultural tourism promotions.
