　　國際在線陜西消息：6月2日，由陜西省人民政府新聞辦公室、中央廣播電視總臺國際在線主辦的“機遇中國看陜西——2024年駐華外交官陜西行”主題活動在榆林啟動。啟動儀式上，盛裝出席的尼日利亞聯邦共和國駐華使館公使歐可·烏切在致辭時説：“我們今天的相聚，得益於中國的先進技術和全球成就的強大引力。它促使我們攜手合作、學習互鑒，在彼此間建起互惠互利的堅固橋梁。” 致辭全文如下：

Greetings to our gracious hosts, my fellow esteemed diplomats, ladies and gentlemen,

尊敬的主辦方，尊敬的各位外交官、女士們、先生們：

　　In this era where opportunities and challenges coexist, we gather in Shaanxi, a land with a long history and brilliant civilization, to commence the 2024 Diplomats Tour of Shaanxi Province, themed: Opportunities in Shaanxi Province.

　　在機遇與挑戰並存的時代，很高興和大家一起匯聚在陜西這片歷史悠久、文明燦爛的土地，開啟“機遇中國看陜西——2024年駐華外交官陜西行”主題活動。

　　Today, I am deeply honored and humbled to stand here and speak, as the representative of all diplomats on this wonderful tour.

　　今天，我很榮幸站在這裡，代表所有參加這次美妙之旅的外交官發言。

　　First and foremost, we would like to express our most sincere gratitude to the Information Office of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and the detailed organization and warm reception of the Central Radio and Television Station International Online.

　　首先，我們要向陜西省人民政府新聞辦公室和中央廣播電視總臺國際在線的精心組織和熱情接待，表示最誠摯的感謝。

　　Nigeria and China have a long-standing excellent relationship that dates back to its establishment in 1971.

　　尼日利亞與中國自1971年建交以來，長期保持良好關係。

　　In recent years, our two countries have had frequent high-level exchanges that continue to deepen our bond and productive bilateral relations. Both sides have carried out extensive and in-depth cooperation in infrastructure, energy, agriculture and other fields.

　　近年來，兩國高層交流頻繁，雙方友誼不斷深化，雙邊關係高效發展，雙方在基礎設施、能源、農業等領域開展了廣泛深入的合作。

　　We are all here today because China's advanced technology and global strides continue to attract all of us to partner, learn and build solid bridges for our mutual benefit.

　　我們今天的相聚，得益於中國的先進技術和全球成就的強大引力，它促使我們攜手合作、學習互鑒，在彼此間建起互惠互利的堅固橋梁。

　　Consequently, Nigeria will continue to deepen cooperation with China and jointly promote the progression of both of our countries and our people.

　　正因如此，尼日利亞將繼續深化與中國的合作，共同推動兩國及兩國人民攜手進步。

　　Today, we gather here, not only to pay tribute to the glorious history of the past, but also to look forward to and explore the infinite opportunities for the present and the future.

　　今天我們在此相聚，不僅是向輝煌的歷史致敬，更是對當下及未來無限機遇的展望與探索。

　　As diplomats in China, we are all charged with the task of promoting friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation with China. The activities lined up for this tour provide us with an excellent opportunity to do just that.

　　我們身為駐華外交官，肩負著促進與中國友好交流和互利合作的任務。而本次活動恰好為我們提供了走進陜西，了解中國的絕佳機會。

　　As far as I know, Shaanxi Province is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization. It has a long history and impressive culture. It used to be the starting point of the ancient Silk Road, but now it has become an important axis for global interconnection, cooperation and exchange, in line with the Belt and Road Initiative.

　　我所了解的陜西省歷史悠久，文化底蘊深厚，是中華文明的重要發祥地之一。它曾是古絲綢之路的起點，如今又在共建“一帶一路”倡議的背景下，成為全球互聯互通與合作交流的重要節點。

　　In the next few days, we will be discovering and exploring the beautiful province of Shaanxi, to fully understand its development and opportunities in the energy industry, modern agriculture, cultural tourism, rural revitalization and many other fields. We can also look forward to friendly exchanges, memorable experiences and the expansion of our knowledge of China, through interactions with local governments and enterprise representatives, to explore cooperation opportunities and development prospects.

　　未來幾天，我們將深入探索陜西，全面了解其在能源産業、現代農業、文化旅遊、鄉村振興等諸多領域的發展和機遇。我們也期待通過與地方政府和企業代表的互動交流，探索合作機會和發展前景，收穫友好交流和難忘經歷，拓展對中國的認知。

　　This year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and so, on behalf of all diplomats present, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate China. May our friendship and cooperation with China continue to grow and strengthen. Let's work together to positively impact all of our countries and the world as a whole.

　　今年是中華人民共和國成立75週年，在此，我謹代表在座的所有外交官，向中國表示衷心祝賀。願我們與中國的友誼合作不斷深化加強。讓我們攜手共進，為我們各國乃至全世界帶來積極影響。

　　On this note and in conclusion, if you are happy to be here and excited about the wonderful tour that has so kindly been put together for us, I’d like you to confirm those sentiments with a round of applause！
