2026年是“十五五”開局之年，共建“一帶一路”邁入高品質發展新階段。

從湄公河畔到非洲草原，從波斯灣沿岸到美洲大陸，跨越24個時區，山海阻隔不了初心，時差分隔不開使命。

中國能建海外建設者堅守能源合作一線，以實幹赴山海，以同心築共贏，

在時光的刻度裏，書寫著屬於新時代的絲路答卷。

在這個新春裏，跟著記者的“畫筆”，一起來傾聽建設者的“心聲”。

　　　　The year 2026 marks the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030), and a new stage of high-quality development of the Belt and Road cooperation.
From the banks of the Mekong River to the African savannahs, from the Persian Gulf coast to the Americas, spanning 24 time zones, mountains and seas cannot separate our original aspiration, while time differences cannot divide our mission.

山海皆同心 能源暖新春（東南亞時間 UTC+8）

United Beyond Mountains and Seas, Energy Warms the Spring (Southeast Asia, UTC+8)

　　同一片時區，同一份新春期盼。在東南亞UTC+8區域，中國能建建設者紮根湄公河畔，以綠電、輸變電項目為紐帶，拉緊鄰裡情誼，用堅守與實幹，為“一帶一路”東南亞節點點亮萬家燈火，讓中國智造的能源暖流流淌在中南半島的新春裏。

　　In the same time zone, we share the same hopes for the new spring. In the UTC+8 region of Southeast Asia, Energy China builders work along the Mekong River, taking green power and power transmission and transformation projects as bonds to strengthen neighborly friendship. With perseverance and dedication, they light up thousands of lights in Belt and Road participating countries in Southeast Asia, letting the energy of China's intelligent manufacturing bring warmth to the Indochina Peninsula in the new spring.

　　3小時時差，是晨昏交替的距離，更是使命接力的軌跡。當祖國的新年鐘聲還在迴響，南亞大地已迎來第一縷朝陽。中國能建建設者以晝夜為序、以項目為筆，在“一帶一路”重要節點上書寫能源合作新篇章。

　　A 3-hour time difference marks the shift between dawn and dusk, and traces the relay of our mission. While the bells of the New Year still echo in the motherland, the first rays of sunrise greet the land of South Asia. Day and night, builders from Energy China write a new chapter of energy cooperation at key nodes of the Belt and Road with their projects.

　　5小時時差，隔了北京的暮色，隔不開非洲的晨光；遠了山海的距離，近了同心的腳步。在肯尼亞、坦桑尼亞的東南非熱土，中國能建建設者晝夜奮戰，以能源點亮希望，以水利潤澤大地，把責任刻進每一個項目，把友誼留在每一寸土地。

       A 5-hour time difference separates Beijing's dusk from Africa's dawn, but draws like-minded hearts closer despite distant mountains and seas. On the vibrant lands of Kenya and Tanzania, Energy China builders fight day and night, lighting up hope with energy and nourishing the earth with water. They engrave responsibility into every project and leave friendship in every inch of land.

　　5小時時差，顛倒了晨昏，卻堅定了初心。當祖國晨光初露，歐亞大陸仍披星戴月。在沙特的荒漠、哈薩克斯坦的戈壁，中國能建建設者以項目部為家，與當地同仁攜手，在能源轉型、基建攻堅的道路上並肩前行，讓“一帶一路”的合作之光，跨越時區、溫暖同行。

　　A 5-hour time difference reverses dawn and dusk but strengthens our original aspiration. When the first light of dawn appears in the motherland, Eurasia is still covered by stars and the moon. In the deserts of Saudi Arabia and the Gobi of Kazakhstan, Energy China builders make the project site their home, working hand in hand with local colleagues on the path of energy transition and infrastructure breakthroughs. 　　A 12-hour time difference means that the lively noon in the new spring season in the motherland makes way for the quiet night in the Americas—a complete reversal of day and night, a seamless relay of mission. Across half the globe, in Trinidad and Tobago, Argentina and across the Americas, Energy China builders overcome mountains and seas with passion and take foreign lands as their hometown, making infrastructure become a bond of cross-ocean friendship, and letting the flowers of the Belt and Road bloom across the Americas.
