The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently released a report entitled "The National Endowment for Democracy: What It Is and What It Does." The report identifies the NED as the U.S. government's "white gloves," which, for years, under the pretext of "promoting democracy", has been subverting state power in other countries, meddling in other countries' internal affairs, inciting division and confrontation, misleading public opinion, and conducting ideological infiltration—its innumerable evil deeds could go on and on.
