Sailing Against the Wind

　　國航“一帶一路”航線為紐帶，以真實視角記錄00後女孩徐帆投身剛果（金）布桑加水電站援建，克服困難，在非洲傳遞溫暖、實現個人價值。國航“一帶一路”航線既是“傳遞吉祥，引領群倫，超越自我”鳳凰精神的傳承，也見證了新時代央企青年將個人理想融入時代發展的擔當。（2025年9月攝于中國南京、非洲剛果（金））

　　Linked by Air China's Belt and Road routes, this story follows Xu Fan, a post-2000s woman contributing to the Busanga Hydropower Station project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Told from an authentic perspective, it highlights her perseverance in overcoming challenges, spreading warmth, and realizing her personal value in Africa. These routes not only carry forward Air China's Phoenix Spirit—"Bestows happiness upon the world," "Leads the pack," and "Never rests on laurels"—but also showcase how a new generation of central-enterprise youth integrates personal ideals with national strategies.
