　　阿爾及利亞東西高速公路全長1216公里，是該國建國以來最大的基建項目，是當時中資企業在國際工程承包市場中斬獲的各類工程當中單項合同金額最大、同類工程中技術等級最高的大型國際總承包項目，也是中國首個採用歐洲規範和歐洲技術標準的海外工程項目。

　　The Algerian East-West Expressway Project spans 1,216 kilometers and stands as the country's largest infrastructure project since its founding. At the time, it was the largest single-contract project secured by a Chinese enterprise in the international engineering contracting market, as well as the most technically advanced project of its kind. It was also China's first overseas project to adopt Eurocodes and European technical standards.
