　　Filmed in Cambodia in 2024, this video features Tian Tawen, a Chinese-major student at the Royal Academy of Cambodia who is also a popular local content creator. The "Huaneng Scholarship Program," now in its seventh consecutive year, has not only supported his academic journey but also enabled him to join a local media company, where he has become a rising influencer in Chinese-language education.
