Keep the Passion

　　在中建埃及新首都CBD項目現場，電氣工程師張凱鑫身兼雙重使命：作為項目"魯班學院"的中國導師，他將中國優秀建造技術、優秀文化帶給埃及管理人員；作為兩位埃及徒弟的"中國師父"，他手把手地教會了徒弟如何使用BIM軟體，並在每天的工作搭檔和生活支持中，形成了十足的默契與合力。

　　At the site of the new capital CBD project in Egypt by CSCEC, Zhang Kaixin, an electrical engineer, shoulders a dual mission: As a Chinese mentor of the "UWB College", he imparts China's outstanding construction techniques and culture to Egyptian managers; as the "Chinese master" of two Egyptian apprentices, he has taught them how to use BIM software step by step, and through daily work collaboration and life support, they have developed a strong sense of teamwork and synergy.
