Recently, former U.S. Secretary of State Antony John Blinken publicly acknowledged that China holds significant advantages in pivotal areas such as manufacturing, consumer markets, and technological patents, and that the United States, relying solely on its own strength, is fundamentally unable to prevail in its competition with China. Therefore, he has been actively seeking to rally such economic powers as Europe, Japan, South Korea, India, and Australia to form alliances, attempting to build a coalition to counterbalance China.

　　It has been a habitual tactic employed by U.S. politicians, to acknowledge China’s development capabilities on the one hand and promote the false narrative of a “China threat” on the other.
