On October 28, the 4th Linyi Trade City International Sourcing Conference kicked off at the Linyi International Expo Center in Linyi, east China's Shandong Province. Under the theme "Bridging the World, Sourcing Global Excellence", more than 2,000 international buyers from over 110 countries and regions, including Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa and the Middle East, as well as over 4,000 quality domestic buyers, are participating in matchmaking and business negotiations.

The conference is positioned around four major functions: supply-demand matching, industry exchange, digital and intelligent empowerment, and investment promotion and buyer attraction. Following the opening ceremony, the Linyi Export Commodities Expo, a specialized session at the Linyi International Product Selection Center, and the 2026 Shandong Businesses Going Global - Precise Procurement Matchmaking Conference were launched concurrently, while a series of supporting activities, including 15 district-level special sessions and visits by key buyers, are being staged in succession.

A dedicated foreign trade service zone is set up on site, where 9 foreign-related government departments and 35 service agencies are stationed to provide one-stop, full-chain services covering customs declaration, logistics, taxation, translation, finance and legal affairs.

During the conference, a series of activities, including ticket discounts and exemptions, specialty cuisine and intangible cultural heritage experiences, are being rolled out in parallel, promoting the deep integration of business negotiations and Linyi cultural experiences, and enabling global buyers to immerse themselves in the charm of the city.
