On June 24, a research team jointly formed by the United Front Work Department of the Jinan Municipal Party Committee and the University of Jinan (UJN) visited Jinan Rail Transit Group, holding an inspection and exchange event titled "Hundred Experts and Professors Pairing up with Hundred Enterprises".

The research team conducted on-site inspections of the Operation Networks Command and Control Center, AI Research Center and Spring Protection Center of Jinan Rail Transit Group. They received detailed briefings on the Group's work in spring protection, R&D of intelligent agents, digital and intelligent operation and maintenance, as well as its technical demands concerning project advancement, digital transformation and commercialization of research outcomes. The visit enabled the team to gain an in-depth understanding of the Group's overall operation system and development plans.

During the exchange, representatives from UJN and Jinan Rail Transit Group outlined their respective operations. Experts and professors from UJN's School of Civil Engineering and Architecture, School of Mechanical Engineering, and School of Information Science and Engineering engaged in in-depth discussions with technical specialists from Jinan Rail Transit Group. They addressed key technical challenges and development hurdles in areas such as intelligent rail transit construction, equipment manufacturing, tunnel construction and maintenance, water purification, and the application of new materials. Relevant opinions and suggestions were put forward, and preliminary intentions for cooperation were reached. Resource sharing, complimentary benefits, and deep integration between academic institutions, local government agencies, and enterprises were all enhanced by this event.
