從一面明亮的落地窗眺望出去，映入眼簾的就是雄偉的西安城墻。臨近春節，上面的座座綵燈顯得格外璀璨迷人。韓國人李海寧此刻就站在自己辦公室的落地窗前，凝望著永寧門下的車水馬龍，置身於古城獨特的氣息之中。作為中國西北三省韓中企業協會副會長，李海寧來西安已有八年，他説自己已完全融入了這座城市。

　　Looking out through a bright French window, the majestic Xi'an City Wall comes into view. As the Spring Festival is around the corner, the numerous lights on the city wall are particularly dazzling and charming. At this moment, a Korean national, Lee Hae Young (이해영), is standing at his office window, gazing at the bustling traffic under Yongning Gate, immersing himself in the unique atmosphere of this ancient city. As the vice president of the China-Korea Business Association for China's Three Northwestern Provinces, Lee Hae Young has been in Xi'an for eight years, and says that he has completely integrated into this city.

　　特殊緣分定居西安

　　A Special Occasion Settled Him in Xi'an

　　李海寧年屆五十，他出生於韓國首爾，在西江大學學習電腦工程專業。畢業後在惠普、戴爾、現代等知名企業工作，擔當電腦工程師。“我父親任職于韓國一所女子大學，對家裏孩子的教育十分重視，家庭氛圍寬鬆。除了重要的事情需要父親決定外，學業上他鼓勵我們按照自己的愛好和天性自由發展。在這樣的環境中，哥哥姐姐學習都非常好，我的成績也不錯。”李海寧説。

　　Approaching fifty years old now, Lee Hae Young looks young and energetic. Born in Seoul, South Korea, he majored in computer engineering at Sogang University. After graduation, he worked as a computer engineer for renowned companies, including Hewlett-Packard (HP), Dell, and Hyundai. "My father works at a women's university in South Korea and attaches great importance to children's education. Our family atmosphere is relaxed. Except for important matters that he will decide, he encourages us to develop freely according to our own hobbies and nature. In such an environment, my elder siblings excelled academically, and I also got good grades," said Lee Hae Young.

　　李海寧在企業工作多年，養成嚴謹務實的工作作風，也因業務關係出差去過中國許多地方：蘭州、上海、蘇杭、哈爾濱、延吉、內蒙古等。在這期間，他不僅事業有成，而且結識了一位中國女子，收穫了愛情。

　　Having worked in enterprises for many years, Lee Hae Young has cultivated a rigorous and pragmatic working style. Business trips took him across China, including Lanzhou, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Harbin, Yanji, Inner Mongolia, etc. During this period, not only did he achieve success in his career, but he also met a Chinese lady and found love.

　　説到與中國妻子的相識，李海寧認為自己“很幸運”。他的妻子是東北人，2010年到韓國留學，2014年一個偶然的機會他們相識，“中韓文化有許多共通的地方，我非常熱愛中國文化，也比較了解中國的風土人情，與妻子一見如故。”李海寧説。2018年，他們組建了幸福的家庭。同年，李海寧辭去韓國的工作，與妻子相伴落戶西安。

　　Reflecting on the meeting with his Chinese wife, Lee Hae Young considers himself "very fortunate". His wife, born in Northeast China, studied abroad in South Korea in 2010, and they met by chance in 2014. "There are many similarities between Chinese and Korean cultures. I am deeply fond of Chinese culture and understand Chinese customs and traditions well, so we hit it off immediately when we met". In 2018, they built a happy family together. The same year, Lee Hae Young resigned from his job in South Korea and settled in Xi'an with his wife.

　　為什麼是西安？這個城市之前跟他倆並無交集啊。“可能因為特殊的緣分，跟這座城市有一種天然的親近吧，在來西安創業這件事上，我和妻子的想法完全一致。”李海寧告訴記者，現在他們一家三口住在西鹹新區，兒子已7歲，上小學。“現在兒子跟中國同學相處融洽，中文講得比我還好。”

　　Why did they choose Xi'an? A city that had any connection to them before. "Perhaps it was a special connection, a natural affinity with this city. My wife and I were completely aligned in our decision to start a business in Xi'an." Lee Hae Young said. Now, this family of three lives in Xixian New Area, with their seven-year-old son in elementary school. "He gets along well with his Chinese classmates and speaks Chinese better than I do," Lee Hae Young added.

　　A Bridge for China-Korea Business Exchanges

　　中國西北三省韓中企業協會成立於2019年，是一個覆蓋陜西、甘肅、青海三省、致力於促進中韓企業間交流與合作的平臺，在地方政府的支持下開展活動。作為協會副會長，李海寧對入駐西安的韓國企業和與之相關的當地企業比較熟悉。他介紹説，目前入駐西安的韓企業務面比較寬，包括電子、建築、傢具、化粧品、紙業、農産品等，這些企業在簽證辦理、人才對接、招商引資、稅費政策、法律諮詢等方面需要幫助時，協會就會與當地政府機構、組織聯絡協調，促使企業順利運營。協會定期舉辦中韓企業洽談會，將西安當地企業的資源與韓企嫁接，促進雙方交流合作。與此同時，協會也會將西安當地特産引入到韓國，在海外打開銷路。

　　Established in 2019, the China-Korea Business Association for China's Three Northwestern Provinces serves as a platform covering Shaanxi, Gansu, and Qinghai provinces. Supported by local governments, it is dedicated to promoting exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Korean enterprises. As the vice president, Lee Hae Young is familiar with Korean enterprises and their local counterparts based in Xi'an. He introduced that currently, the current range of Korean enterprises in Xi'an is quite broad, including electronics, construction, furniture, cosmetics, paper industry, and agricultural products. When these enterprises need assistance with visa processing, talent matching, investment promotion, tax policies, and legal consultation, the Association will coordinate with local government agencies and organizations to facilitate the smooth operation of the enterprises. The Association regularly holds Chinese-Korean business meetings, connecting Xi'an-based enterprises with Korean companies to foster mutual exchange and cooperation. Simultaneously, the Association also introduces Xi'an's local specialties to the Korean market to open up overseas sales.

　　也許是受父輩教育理念的影響，李海寧這位“理工男”對教育情有獨鍾。

　　Perhaps influenced by his parents' educational philosophy, Lee Hae Young, this "science and technology guy", has a special fondness for education.

　　他是西安有一所韓文學校的校長，也是易學國際教育負責人。學校不僅是韓國家庭孩子學習本國文化的場所，也是西安人了解韓國文化的窗口。多年來，學校跟西安外國語大學、西安外事學院、西安音樂學院等高校交流合作，學生們通過語言鍛鍊、文化學習、專業提升，成為受社會歡迎的人。有些學生在西安學習韓語後赴韓留學，學成回到西安後，李海寧及學校老師會將優秀畢業生推薦到韓國企業、韓文學校甚至協會工作。

　　He is a principal of a Korean language school in Xi'an and is the head of Easy Talking Education. The school not only provides a place for children from Korean families to learn their own culture, but also serves as a window for Xi'an residents to understand Korean culture. Over the years, the school has collaborated with universities such as Xi'an International Studies University, Xi'an International University, and Xi'an Conservatory of Music. Through language training, cultural learning, and professional improvement, the students have become highly sought-after talents in society. Some students who studied Korean in Xi'an and then pursued higher education in South Korea. After graduation and returning to Xi'an, Lee Hae Young and the school faculty will recommend outstanding graduates to Korean enterprises, Korean language schools, or even the Association for employment.

　　“我們不止教語言，更在促進中韓人才輸出，塑造國際人才。在這裡，語言是工具，文化是橋梁。”李海寧説。

　　"We teach more than just languages; we mean to promote talent exchanges between China and Korea, and cultivate international talents. Here, language is a tool, and culture is the bridge," Lee Hae Young said.

　　西安讓我變得“鬆弛”

　　Xi'an Made Me "Relaxed"

　　李海寧談吐儒雅，為人謙和。“我來西安之前可不是這樣，韓國生活節奏快，我做事總是急匆匆的。”李海寧笑説，到了西安後，妻子常跟他開玩笑：“過去你總催我快點快點，現在很少説了。”

　　Lee Hae Young speaks with elegance and behaves with a humble personality. "But before coming to Xi'an, I wasn't like this. Life in South Korea moves at a fast pace, and I always acted in a hurried manner," Lee Hae Young said with a smile. "Since moving to Xi'an, his wife often makes jokes with him that "You used to urge me to hurry up all the time, but now you rarely say that."

　　“西安讓我心很安定，在這裡我整個人變得鬆弛自在。”每天忙完工作，李海寧會像大多數西安人一樣，回家做飯。他的同事、韓中企業協會會長孔明先生在西安開有一家農場，李海寧經常會從農場買回新鮮蔬菜，做一些地道韓餐。

　　"Xi'an has brought me inner peace. Here, I have become relaxed and at ease." After finishing work every day, he, like most locals in Xi'an, headed home to cook. His colleague, Mr. Kong Ming, president of the Association, runs a farm in Xi'an, where Lee Hae Young often buys fresh vegetables and makes authentic Korean cuisine.

　　他的父母也多次來西安，讚嘆西安生活便利，人與人之間好相處。“韓國有許多西安美食，西安也有韓國料理，這些年我早已把西安當成自己的家，跟中國人之間建立了深厚的情誼。我們的很多習俗跟這裡都很相似。韓國人也過春節，你們吃餃子，我們吃年糕。初一早上家人也聚餐吃飯、親友間互相拜年，還給孩子們發紅包。”

　　His parents have also visited Xi'an multiple times and praised Xi'an's convenience of life and the friendly interactions among people. "There are many Xi'an-style delicacies in South Korea, and Xi'an also has Korean cuisine. Over the years, I have already regarded Xi'an as my home and have established deep friendships with Chinese people. Many of our customs are quite similar. Koreans also celebrate the Spring Festival. Chinese people eat dumplings, while we eat rice cakes. On the first morning of the new year, family members also gather together for meals, relatives and friends greet each other, and children receive red envelopes."

　　在李海寧看來，中韓兩國文化相通，友好往來頻繁，這些年來，一批韓國企業在西安穩步發展，包括他在內的許多韓國人在古城安居樂業，以各種方式促進兩地經濟發展、人才交流、民心相通。“新的一年，協會將舉辦經貿洽談、中韓畫展、旅遊推介等一系列活動，發展勢頭會越來越好！”

　　In Lee Hae Young's view, the cultures of China and South Korea are similar, with frequent and friendly exchanges. Over the years, a number of South Korean enterprises have steadily developed in Xi'an, and many South Koreans, including himself, have settled down in this ancient city, promoting economic development and talent exchange in various ways. "In the new year, the Association will hold a series of activities such as business negotiations, Chinese-Korean art exhibitions, and tourism promotions to promote the development grow better and stronger!"
