World Day Against Child Labor
In Geneva the International Labor Organization named June 12 the World Day Against Child Labor in 2002 to draw attention to the millions of children who work in often inhumane or dangerous conditions to survive. This year, the day focuses on child labor in agriculture.

2002年，國際勞工組織在日內瓦將每年的6月12日定為“世界反對童工日”，以引起世人對數百萬在惡劣環境中出賣勞動力的孩子的關注。今年的主題是“結束童工，我們共同可以做到”，重點是消除農業中的童工勞動現象。在全世界，農業是存在童工數量最大的行業，幾乎佔全部童工數量的70％。全球大約有超過1.32億、年齡在四五歲的男童與女童在農場和種植園工作，從事種植和收割農作物、噴灑農藥、照料牲畜等工作。
1、在巴拿馬首都巴拿馬城，小學生們身著印有“對童工說不”字樣的T恤衫參加了反對童工的公益活動。巴拿馬城的童工佔巴拿馬全國童工總數的46％。
